2. Service providers

The developer does not sell your personal records. The app uses these services to provide its features; each provider has its own privacy practices:

These providers may process data in countries other than your own. Details about provider processing and protections are available in the linked policies.

3. Retention and deletion

Private local app data is removed when you uninstall the app. Deleted journal records may first remain in the app's trash for 30 days. You can manage the trash in the app. Copies you exported, shared, or saved outside the app are managed separately.

Cloud account and backup data are kept until you delete them or request deletion. When a cloud backup file is deleted, it becomes unavailable through the app. If Cloud Storage soft delete is enabled, a recoverable copy may remain for the bucket's configured retention period, commonly seven days by default, before permanent deletion. Provider security and service records can be retained for limited periods under provider policies, storage settings, and applicable law. Crashlytics retention follows Firebase's privacy and security information.

4. Your choices and rights

You can ask the developer to access, correct, or delete your cloud account and backup data at qhdgk71@gmail.com. Verified account and backup deletion requests are handled within seven business days. See Account and Data Deletion for in-app and email instructions.

You can switch error reporting off in Settings at any time. You can change microphone permission and advertising preferences in the app or device settings as available. Core recording features remain available without cloud sign-in. The developer cannot recover a forgotten backup password or access data stored only on your device.

Faith Diary is not primarily directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact the developer.

6. Changes and contact
